The competition day nutrition plan includes a fueling and hydration plan for the day of competition and the several days before competition begins. This includes the type of macronutrients to eat and timing of food and fluid intake during the competition. |
Tune-Up

This type of consultation can help an athlete fine tune their nutrition to ensure they are supporting training and creating training adaptations while also meeting their health and training goals. This would include designing a nutrition program to support good immune and cardiovascular health, improving changes in body composition, and optimizing recovery. |
Coaching
 |
This service is designed for those who want help planning and implementing a new eating program and improving accountability with frequent communication and feedback to ensure you remain on the road to positive change. Strict meal plans are not given; however, with the assistance of the nutritionist you will create an eating program that helps you to accomplish your goals. |
Virtual Consulation
 |
This provides a clear and concise response to any one nutrition related question, and if possible, a plan for implementing this into your current routine, should enough detail be available. This is most likely the ideal for an athlete that has a factual type question that they want answered. This is based on a per consultation. Client initiated. (Estimated time is 30 minutes to an hour.) |
